Matilda currently works in private practice 2 days a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She brings with her an integrative and holistic approach, using a variety of therapeutic frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Mindfulness/ Meditative techniques, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Reality Therapy (Choice Theory). Matilda sees clients presenting with a wide range of mental health difficulties from the age of 18 years old and above, including:

Matilda does not see clients who present with medico-legal issues, nor does she provide reports for medico-legal purposes. This includes clients who are looking for a psychological evaluation for legal purposes.
